Program description
CrestVisor is a brand of TriStar Apps & Services LLC, 42395 Ryan Road, Ste 112-243, Ashburn, VA 20148, USA. When you opt in, CrestVisor sends text messages from (571) 200-3338 that are conversational and service-related: replies to your questions and inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes and proposals, project and account updates, review requests after a completed job, and occasional offers related to services you asked about.
How you opt in
- By submitting your name and phone number in the chat widget on crestvisor.com, which carries the consent disclosure, or by checking a text-message consent box on one of our forms. Consent boxes are never pre-checked.
- By texting a keyword such as START to (571) 200-3338.
- By calling us or asking us, in writing or in person, to text you. If you call our business line and we cannot answer, we may reply by text to the number you called from so you can reach us without waiting.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us and the services you use. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You can also email hello@crestvisor.com and ask us to stop.
Help and support
Reply HELP to any message for help, email hello@crestvisor.com, or call (571) 200-3338.
Your number and your privacy
Your mobile number and your opt-in data are used only to send you the messages described above. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are transmitted through our messaging platform and U.S. wireless carriers solely to deliver them. See our privacy policy for the full details, including the record we keep of your opt-in and opt-out.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and your device.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
